Shush

The late night library is a place to read and study peacefully… as long as you stay quiet.

Shush is a one-take micro short film that was created in the space of one week by a small team. The very limited camera movement acts as a way to prove that suspense and horror can be created with barely anything, letting the spectators imagination do all the work. Shush is very popular in film festivals and is Coop Productions first award winning film.

GENRE: Horror/Thriller

RUNTIME: 2 Minutes

Director's Statement: "During PunchRecord's 2023 Gallery 37 Film Camp we were given the challenge by our mentor, Daniel Alexander, to create a 1 minute film in the space of a week. I gathered some of my new filmmaking friends from Gallery 37 and created this fun little idea. It was a great way to work together, as well as creating something we're all proud of."
